General Contractor was referred to Apex through an Environmental company. Commercial building that had ongoing water issues in their janitor's closet.

Work performed: Containment was set, air scrubbers installed, a demo of affected materials, HEPA vacuumed entire work area, treat with an anti-microbial, and prep for testing. Third-party environmental cleared the work area so that it was safe to reoccupy.
