We received this project from a local contractor, KCO Construction.

Apex receives all abatement work from this contractor when they are hired for a remodel. This contractor tests before any removal for asbestos and lead. When a home tests positive for asbestos or lead they will call us out to perform the remediation.

Apex set up floor protection, set up full containment in the bedroom, and set up negative air and decons. Set up the bathroom, and floor protection. Tear off the drywall in the bathroom and closet, scraped the ceiling, and some cuts. Remove insulation, detailed, double bagged, and cleaned.

All affected material was removed successfully, and the project passed the PCM Asbestos Air Clearance.
