An initial call came in from Becky with Pacific Rim Management for a crawlspace cleanup. Our technician was dispatched upon arrival tech and helper put on a Personal Protective Equipment suit and went into the crawlspace and took initial pictures of the puddle of standing water underneath, then an estimate was provided to proceed. The property manager approved and the tech proceeded with first extracting the standing water, then 10 bags of absorbent were laid and then 25sqft of wet soil was cleaned out and put in bags to dispose of. The customer was satisfied with the cleanup.
