Damaged Drywall

There was a copper line leak in the wall that damaged drywall, flooring, and cabinetry. Our mitigation team did the tear out and then we did the recon.

During the recon we put back 152 sqft of drywall in the kitchen with texture and paint, removed and replaced the 262 sqft of vinyl planking, rebuilt and refinished 19 linear feet of lower cabinets and 14 linear feet of upper cabinets, as well as reinstalled the saved countertops. The project in whole took about 3 working weeks to fully complete.
